Update!

Well an update on the babas! I keep getting sneak peeks of them and there looks to be 13. I took a quick picture with my phone above the tank when i saw that the nest was partially open (for once!) last night while Swirl was out and about. As I have said previously she is keeping them well hidden under the shelf so it will be a real treat when they come out walking!

I think now is the time to announce this as as I was a little worried about Swirl being overwhelmed but she seems to be settling in well with her new additions.

The Swirmoleys are here! They arrived on 2nd June and there seems to be 14 babies.

The afternoon they arrived she seemed to be a bit overwhelmed when they were born and they where all over the cage in different places so I decided not to post incase the worst was to happen to them. However the following morning before going to work i went to check on her and she had made a nest under the gabber rex shelf and still has them all under wraps but seems to be taking to motherhood alot better now!

Yes Parents are Swirl LH Cinnie Banded female and Moley (Guacamole) SH Honey Male so it will be exciting to see what this mating brings.
